Informational Videos

In writing the content for this website, I realize that adding videos related to each section would breath life into the concepts that are being discussed on each page.  This gives you the opportunity to hear a thumbnails sketch related to the subject content from someone who has been practicing criminal defense for many years.  I have tried to make the videos short and get right to the point related to whatever issue you are concerned about.  If you wish to get additional information, you can either send me an email or call me directly.

If you actually have a criminal case pending and are in the market to hire a criminal defense attorney, then I suggest you set up a face to face appointment so I can address all of your questions and make sure that we get you dialed into what the issues really are in your particular case.  Sometimes people who are arrested think they know what to key in on, but later find out they are focusing on the wrong thing!  A seasoned attorney should be able to give you exactly what the issues are related to your scenario.  The key is to find an attorney who has been down the road you are about to travel and had success.  That way the attorney will be able to answer all of your questions and let you know what you are facing and what you can do to assist in the successful resolution of your criminal case.

Obviously the videos are not meant to cover every single angle related to the topic on the page.  They are meant to try and answer the most common questions related to the topic being addressed on any given page.  Further they are meant to give you a feel for how you should start to think about your particular case.  Defending a criminal case is a step by step process that must be done the right way in order to achieve a result you are satisfied with.  Just like going on any journey, if you do not have a map of where you want to go and what you want to see, then you are not going to be satisfied on your trip.

Criminal defense can be a complex area of law because most people have never had to deal with a criminal case and they are unsure of the right moves.  This is why it is imperative that before you set out into to this arena, that you consult with someone who has traveled the road you are about to embark upon.  I make it a point to meet with the clients from the beginning and decide exactly what the goals for your case will be.  I also want the client to know what they are facing and what they can do to help in the process.  Most people are lost and simply need some direction.

Once you know what you can do to help you will gain a sense of control back and be in the right frame of mind to deal with your case and make the right moves when the time comes.  If you and your attorney are on the same page as you go through the system, you will feel better about what is going on, you will understand it and you will get the best out of a difficult situation.
